Furthermore, we confirm that no total social security contributions are currently owed and that the total social 
security contributions were regularly paid punctually in the past. 

In the case of temporary employment under the Temporary Employment Act, this certificate does not release 
the borrower from his liability for the payment of contributions in accordance with Section 28e (2) of the Social 
Code IV. 

This declaration refers and is limited to the actual positive knowledge of the undersigned without having made 
any separate inquiries and excluding the application of the principles of imputed knowledge at the date on 
which this confirmation was signed.
